You Go Girl- What to Expect

What you can expect when you book with us!

We will arrive to your location, on time, in uniform, ready to have fun! We provide all of the tools and equipment necessary and we practice meticulous sanitary procedures. We use high end makeup and styling products including MAC cosmetics. We can perform hair and makeup services just about anywhere there is an outlet. For manicures, a kitchen or dining room table is best, if possible. Pedicures are typically done with the client sitting on a couch or chair. Makeup lessons are best done at a dining room table or somewhere that each guest has room to lay out their own makeup. The feel of each of our parties is very different depending on the age group. We are very careful to make sure that each party is very age-appropriate both in the style of beauty services provided as well as our style of interacting with your party guests.

What you can expect- ages 4-12

When we arrive the first thing we will want to do is recognize the birthday girl or guest of honor and present her with a special gift. For our little girls, we like to start out by introducing ourselves and doing a short, fun, interactive talk. We like to let the girls know how special they are and how beautiful we all are in our own special way. Then, let the styling begin! It is an absolute requirement that ALL of our stylists love kids and treat them with kindness and respect. We can do any hairstyle from sweet to funky and makeup for our little ones is always age-appropriate. Don't worry, we bring plenty of sparkles and glitter!

What you can expect- ages 13-20

When we first arrive, we will recognize the guest of honor or occasion if there is one. If doing hair and/or makeup for a dance or special occasion, we will be extremely conscientious of timing so as to keep your girls on schedule. Our stylists are always up to date on the latest hair and makeup trends and we will be sure to take our teens likes and dislikes into consideration.

What you can expect- ages 21+

When we first arrive at your location, we will briefly talk to the hostess and find out any specifications that she would like us to follow. We will step back and blend into the background or step up and take control of the party, it is up to you! We love to have fun at our parties, but are main focus is on you and your guests and we always maintain the utmost professionalism.
